Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Home Repair Technician to diagnose issues, communicate needs, and help balance profitability with customer satisfaction. You will generate sales leads across gutters, roofing, siding, and more, while creating detailed scopes of work and following established procedures.

Troubleshoot and diagnose various home repair issues
Communicate repair needs and opportunities to customers
Balance customer needs with project profitability
Generate sales leads for gutters, roofing, siding, trim, doors, windows, and baths

Requirements

Lifting and carrying equipment and materials of up to 100 lbs.
Operating power tools and hand tools
Operating a metal bending brake
Climbing step ladders and 24' - 40' extension ladders
Walking and working on elevated and uneven surfaces (roofs)
Working outside exposed to the elements
Frequent standing, sitting, crawling, bending, lifting, carrying, walking, kneeling, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling, etc. in awkward positions
Must have a valid drivers license.
Leak detection and resolution
Ability to identify troubleshoot problems
Offer solutions and deliver only the best customer service experience
Self-motivation and a desire to get the job done correctly
Ability to communicate recommendations for additional repairs and/ or replacement solutions to the customer
Have patience with customers in need
