Job description


  • Troubleshoot and repair complex and/or mechanical products

  • Read and interpret blueprints, basic drawings, and schematics

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Three months experience repairing any type of mechanical product in a manufacturing environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills to implement appropriate countermeasures

  • Intermediate PC functions including using ERP business systems, Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Understanding of repair process

  • Basic reading and math functions

  • Basic manufacturing assembly and test skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Positive and professional work ethic

  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations

  • Ability to occasionally lift 25–50 pounds

  • Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and manipulating objects or controls

  • Occasional travel
