Job summary

Jobtailor invites a hands-on construction helper to join our Florida crew. You will assist with general cleanup, material distribution, and support for HVAC and Plumbing installations. You’ll learn code requirements, maintain safety and attend meetings, while loading materials and operating basic equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Strong communication, dependable transportation, and multitasking ability are essential as you follow plans and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate on all levels and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• General cleanup and site organization according to plans.
• Assist in material distribution and handling of building materials.
• Support mechanics with HVAC and Plumbing installations.
• Learn and follow code requirements relevant to tasks.
• Maintain a safe, secure work environment and attend safety meetings.
• Load and unload building materials; operate or tend equipment.
