Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist in Hendersonville, NC. You will be one of the first associates customers meet, guiding them to products and helping convert ideas into real projects.

You will become a product expert, discuss specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering exceptional service. Roles span multiple departments with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's retail experience (or equivalent external experience).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
• Sales licensure or registration if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining product advantages.
• Act as a department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, scheduling visits, orders, and follow‑ups.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors or stores for replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout and assist with store activities.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
