Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to use a computer for basic tasks and transactions.
• Experience with smartphones/tablets and common retail technology is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic arithmetic is required.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by reorganizing shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support the store’s customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood prep).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
