Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess project needs, and guide them to the right products. You’ll become a product expert, describing features, promotions, and financing to close sales.

You’ll work across departments like Appliances, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more, helping customers achieve home improvement goals. You’ll engage with customers daily, support orders and installations, and train colleagues while delivering responsive service in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years external sales if no education).
• 1 year of sales/customer service experience with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted; 25+ lbs with assistance if needed.
• Obtain sales licensure/registration if required by state; Lowe's will support.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Be a department point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, installs, orders, and follow-up.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory with vendors and other stores to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing/documentation.
• Support checkout, calls, pages, and requests for assistance.
• Train associates on-the-floor and coach development needs.
