Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will answer questions, guide selections, and assist with stocking and checkout tasks in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, delivering service with accuracy, and occasionally working in other departments to support the team. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform related tasks.
• Ability to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance when needed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best service.
