Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find the right products for their home projects. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months experience with common retail devices (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
