Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will interact with shoppers throughout the day, assist with locating items, and ensure customer needs are met with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience using computers for basic tasks
• Familiarity with smartphones/tablets and common retail tech
• Excellent communication and friendly customer interaction
• Ability to multitask and assist customers across departments
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus, not required

Responsibilities
