Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service across departments. You will assist with locating merchandise, stocking, processing orders, and supporting store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, multi-department flexibility, and adherence to store standards. Part-time, in-store role with regular customer interaction and teamwork expectations.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining shelf availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/trim items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
