Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service across departments. You will assist with merchandise placement, orders, and timely deliveries while maintaining store standards and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.

Candidates should be comfortable with basic computers and retail technology, enjoy teamwork, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
