Job summary

Velaz Group in New Jersey is seeking an Elite Home Service Closer to drive in-home presentations and close high-value solar and home improvement projects on a 100% commission basis. You will meet clients face-to-face, overcome objections, and tailor solutions to meet each household’s energy goals.

Top performers can earn $150,000–$250,000 annually with uncapped commissions, leadership pay scales, and ongoing training. Flexible schedules empower you to be your own boss while delivering results.

• A minimum of six months of sales experience in New Jersey.

Day in the life of a Top Closer

• Develop a thorough understanding of Velaz Solar’s product offerings and customer value propositions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
