Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of door-to-door or field sales experience.
• 100% commission-based compensation.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and present premium roofing and storm restoration solutions.
• Guide families through the insurance restoration process with confidence and care.
• Conduct exterior inspections and document roof, siding, and gutter conditions.
• Work your own leads AND receive company-provided appointments to keep your pipeline full.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from sale to installation.
