Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand home improvement needs, and guide them to the right products. You’ll become a product expert, explain features, promotions, and financing options to close sales, while delivering exceptional service on a busy store floor.

You’ll work in various departments based on hiring needs, collaborating with vendors and team members to achieve sales goals. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs or more with/without accommodation.
• Will obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state (Lowe's will support).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs and communicating product benefits.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, scheduling, orders, and follow-ups.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales/services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers across departments.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coaching for development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
