Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s experience
• 1 year of sales or customer service with goals/metrics
• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation
• Obtain sales licensure if required by state

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and highlighting Lowe’s products
• Serve as a department contact, estimate projects, schedule installer visits, and track orders
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
• Support checkout and department requests
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs
• Complete other duties as assigned
