Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products. You will become a product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

You’ll work in departments like Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, or Tools, earn bonus opportunities, health insurance options, and tuition assistance, plus a 401(k) match and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, installer visits, orders, and follow-up.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock merchandise.
• Perform price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout, pages, and requests for assistance across the store.
• Train associates in the department through on-the-job coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
