Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist in Bremerton, WA. You will be among the first associates customers meet, guiding them to products and helping turn ideas into home improvements. You will learn our offerings, close sales, and provide exceptional service.

The role may involve department cross-training (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more), with a focus on meeting sales goals and delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales and meeting sales goals is preferred.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are necessary.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Answer questions, quote project estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders.
• Help customers in the Pro department with external accounts if applicable.
• Monitor inventory and work with vendors to maintain stock.
• Support checkout and assist teammates as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and contribute to their development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
