Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in Florida to help customers identify products and realize home improvement projects. You will build product knowledge, discuss project needs, and close sales while delivering outstanding service on the sales floor and garden center.

You will work across departments, assist with estimates and installations, and play a key role in maintaining pricing and customer satisfaction. Benefits include health options and 401(k) plans.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months in Lowe's retail (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe's retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
• Must obtain sales-related licensure if required by state, Lowe's will support.

Mansioni

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and promoting Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors with estimates, scheduling installs, processing orders, and follow-ups.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory to support sales; coordinate with vendors/stores for replacement stock.
• Perform price reviews and ensure pricing documentation accuracy.
• Support checkout functions and assist with department requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
