Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist who will guide customers through product choices, discuss project needs, and help close sales in a fast-paced setting. You’ll move around the store or garden center, answer phones, and partner with departments to meet customer expectations.

You will become the product expert, sharing specifications, features, promotions, and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. A part-time option with growth opportunities is available.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with goals or metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe’s product advantages.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, scheduling installers, orders, and follow-ups.
• Assist in price reviews and maintenance of pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Train associates and coach around development needs.
