Your role spans multiple departments and involves assisting with orders, installations, and customer follow-up. Drive customer satisfaction with proactive service, pricing accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product benefits.
• Serve as a department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, schedules, orders, and follow-ups.
• In the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to maintain stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing and documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers on the floor.
• Train associates and coach on development needs.
