Job summary

Lowe's Stores is looking for a friendly Sales Specialist to help customers identify products, discuss project needs, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will become a product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to meet customer needs and drive store performance. This role offers opportunities across departments and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail.
• At least 1 year sales/customer service experience with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, managing orders/installations and following up to ensure project completion.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors to restock.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach around development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
