Job summary

You will work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting checkout, pricing, and installations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education unmet).
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating Lowe's product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, managing orders/installations, and following up for completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
