Job summary

Lowe's is looking for a Sales Specialist who will greet customers, assess project needs, and guide them to the best products and services to complete their home improvement projects.

You will become a product expert, explaining specifications, features, promotions, and financing options to close sales while maintaining high service standards and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Coordinate with the department to estimate projects, schedule visits, and track orders.
• Assist in Pro Department with external accounts and outside sales when applicable.
• Monitor inventory and work with vendors to restock items.
• Assist customers at checkout and support store operations.
• Train associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
