Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Sales licensure/registration if required by state; Lowe's will fund.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and highlighting Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; manage estimates and installations.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for stock replacement.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and requests for assistance.
• Train associates in the department on the Sales floor.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
