Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's retail exposure, or 3 years external sales with limited education.
• 1 year in sales/customer service with goals or metrics.
• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted (team lifts allowed for heavier items).
• Obtain sales-related licensure if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; manage estimates, scheduling, orders and installations.
• If applicable, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock merchandise.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and assistance requests.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
