Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department and manage orders.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory, price items, and support checkout and store operations.
• Train associates on the sales floor and assist with development needs.
