Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within the department; estimate projects and schedule visits.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to find merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and department requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
