Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail.
• Ability to meet sales targets and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, SMART customer service and explain Lowe's products and services.
• Assist customers, prepare project estimates, and schedule installations when needed.
• Support external accounts in the Pro Department if applicable.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to replenish stock.
• Assist with pricing reviews and keep documentation up to date.
• Support checkout and in-store requests, and train teammates on the floor.
