Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates and orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on outside sales and accounts.
• Monitor inventory, collaborate with vendors and other stores for stock replacement.
• Train associates and coach on development needs.
