Lowe's, a leading home improvement retailer, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for home improvement projects. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
