Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll assist with loading and organizing merchandise and respond to customer questions with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic 능력.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise in store.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service.
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
