Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Minimum 25 lb lifting unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by checking shelves and restocking.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
