Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them find products, and ensure a positive in-store experience at our Alabama location. This is a part-time, in-store role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn across departments.

You will assist customers, stock merchandise, process orders, and support various teams, contributing to Lowe's standard of service. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to use computers and retail devices.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, trim and bundle items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and resolve issues as they arise.
