Job summary

You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met, with opportunities to load merchandise and cross-train in other departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Minimum lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Trade certifications relevant to department are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
