Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solve home improvement challenges. You will greet customers, answer questions, and maintain merchandise across departments.

You will work in a dynamic environment, assisting with various store tasks, stocking shelves, and processing orders while providing friendly service to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
