Job summary

Lowe's in United States seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service. You will assist customers across departments and support the store's daily operations.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting at checkout. The role may involve lifting and standing for long periods, with training across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods, sit, and perform other physical duties as needed.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, trim wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
