Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet and assist customers in-store, helping them find products and services for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met across departments.

You will work in a role that may involve stocking, checkout support, and flexible duties based on store needs. The position emphasizes friendly, efficient service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties (lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance as needed).

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and assist with loading merchandise.
• Replenish stock and organize merchandise on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas to deliver the best customer service.
