Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer or equivalent
• 6 Months Experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with finding and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other departments to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
