Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and resolve home improvement questions in-store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide supportive service across departments as needed.

This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and work with a team in a busy retail environment, with emphasis on helpful customer interactions and maintaining organized merchandise areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
