Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand, sit and perform job duties for extended periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
