Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months of using common retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paints, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
