Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or basic computer tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations and customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood batching).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
