Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide helpful service throughout the store. You will support multiple departments and may assist with loading merchandise while ensuring customer needs are met.

The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth, with emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction across home improvement categories.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation
• 6 months Retail/Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
• Trade-related certification in department (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
