Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, and processing orders while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in retail or customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Bilingual skills are a plus; roles include working across various departments and lanes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. (# may require assistance)
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
