Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and friendly. You may work in various departments and assist with loading, stocking, and processing orders.

Daily tasks include aiding customers, maintaining shelves, and collaborating with teammates to deliver top-notch service. Prior retail or bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., cut paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
