Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Florida to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and support home improvement needs. You’ll work with a friendly team in-store and assist across departments as needed.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, opportunities to learn trade skills, and a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience or ability to input, access, modify information
• 6 months using common retail tech such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as required
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department products per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
