Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted.
• 6 months Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Certification in department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, lumber/building materials).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing supplies in shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
