Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and complete purchases. You’ll engage daily with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is well-organized and ready for checkout.

The role may involve stocking, assisting in multiple departments, and cross-training to deliver top-notch service. Part-time opportunities available with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including input/output of information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: 6 months of retail or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, lumber, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
