Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our store to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and assist with locating items and processing purchases.

The role involves standing, light lifting, and possibly stocking merchandise. Training and growth opportunities are available, including benefits linked to the store’s team and Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months of using retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unaided or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (mix paint, cut materials, etc).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
