Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store. The role supports multiple departments and requires teamwork and a helpful attitude.

You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating items, stocking, and processing orders, with opportunities to learn and grow through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
